Ordered shorts from YouTube ad and never got them

I saw a commercial on YouTube for men's shorts from this company called Wearcinder. So I ordered a pair, it was about $29.

The package never showed up. I emailed their help center at Helpcenter@wearcindersd and they apologized and said they would send me a second order to make up for it. That second order never arrived either. Now I'm just out the money and no shorts.

Order said delivered but no package showed up

I ordered something from Wearcinder on July 4th. I waited a few weeks and emailed them to ask about my package. They gave me a tracking number and it finally showed it was in Republic, Mo. which is where I live. It sat there for over a week. Then on August 5th it said delivered. But nothing was ever dropped off. No package on that day at all. I paid 41.58 for it.
