Web3 wallet asking for fees before I can withdraw

They had me transfer my bitcoins from my cash app to my web3 wallet. They told me immediate withdrawal but when I tried to move my money from the wallet back to my cash app it keeps coming up with all these fees before you can move or use your money.

Then they told me I need to send 1400 bitcoins from my cash app to the web3 wallet. After that it came up asking for a gas fee too. The wallet is bogus, the amount is bogus, it's just a big scam to steal people's hard-earned money.

Now I'm left without paying my bills and it puts me in a bind.
