Fax invoice for services we never ordered

We got a fax from this company that had our company name, address, and our service domain on it. It listed an invoice number and a customer ID and went on about all these services we supposedly owed for like Online Reputation Management, Website engagement, Social Media Engagement Tracking, Marketing Insights, and Marketing Reporting.

There was a way to sign up online and create an account with the customer id, and also a way to mail in a monthly payment. The website honestly looks legitimate. I tried to find a phone number to call and verify but there was nothing except a way for them to call me back, which they did not.

I looked more into the website and it doesn't actually give any real information or actual product info.
