Jacket came in a plastic bag with no tags and now they can't find my order
On 9-3-26 they charged my debit card $41.99, but they still say they cannot find the order. I have sent several emails back and forth with this company and different people respond every time, never the same person. This morning a guy named Andrew offered me a replacement but said I would have to pay an additional $11.50 for delivery. I told him I just want to return the item for a refund and asked for the return address so I can send it back. But nothing. I just want to return this item and never deal with this company again.
