No company name on the website after paying for prescription
Now my account on their site says I paid. They claim they mixed a prescription for me and that FedEx has a tracking number. But nothing has been sent. No package, no updates, nothing. I've asked them about it and they just keep saying the same thing.
At the very least they should refund me the $30 difference or something. I paid $129 total and I have nothing to show for it. Their support email is [email protected] but I'm not getting anywhere with them. This is in FL, USA if that matters.
