Letter about a waiver with a fake check inside

I got this letter in the mail saying FINAL NOTICE on top. It had Wells Fargo Bank listed as the lender. It says I need to call right away or they’ll revoke some allocated waiver after 7 days.

There was a check at the bottom for $199 which I know isn’t real. It also had a homeowner ID number ck08550601 and a phone number to call at (800) 227-1254.

I didn’t call them. Just seemed off.
