Letter pretending to be Wells Fargo about home warranty

I got a letter in the mail that looked like it was from Wells Fargo about my mortgage. It said my home warranty is about to expire and that I might be "financial liable." It even gave an expire date of August 14th, 2026.

But there's no letterhead on it. No website or email. Just a phone number, (877) 231-3109, which doesn't match anything from Wells Fargo. The whole thing feels off, like they're trying to get me to call and give info. I didn't lose any money, but I wanted to report it.
