Letter about a property waiver with no real details

I got this letter in the mail about some property at a blank spot, like they didn't even fill in the address. It says it's secured by my lender, Wells Fargo, and something about revoking allocated waivers after seven days. There was a check for $199 in there labeled “allocated waiver” which honestly made no sense to me.

I didn't cash it or anything because the whole thing felt off. The phone number on there is (888) 679-0822 but I haven't called it. Just weird they'd send a check like that with no real explanation of what I'm supposed to do. I don't know if this is some phishing thing or what, but I wanted to report it.
