Rewards never paid and then my account got blocked

I completed two separate reward offers on this app, one worth over 8500 credits and another over 5500 credits. After I left a review about the first one not paying out, they blocked all access to my app. Now I can't even see which apps I spent money on to complete the offers, so I can't do a chargeback with my debit or credit cards. I have proof I completed the tasks.

They also told me they rewarded my account, which is just not true. Then they emailed saying they were investigating, but my account was already completely blocked. When I tried to recover it, WGT claimed this device never had an account. None of it makes sense. I'm out $50 from the apps I paid for to do these offers.
