Jewelry set came with two different earrings and no fix

I ordered a jewelry set that was supposed to be a necklace and earrings. When it came, the earrings didn't match each other at all. Two different earrings in the same set. I started contacting them back in July about it.

They actually replied in July and said they were sorry, that their inventory team messed up, and they'd either send the missing piece or send me a nice high quality pair of earrings instead. Said I was going to love them.

It's October now and I never got anything. No replacement, no corrected earrings, nothing. Just the wrong earrings and $55 gone.
