Order shipped after I told them not to send it

I ordered a few products on my Citi credit card back in September, around the 20th. My card didn't approve it at first and actually told me it was a scam. So I sent a text to the company saying do not ship this, it's a scam and I don't want the product.

Somehow they processed the order anyway. A few days ago a shipment showed up at my door. I checked my credit card and they had charged me $579.

There's no phone number to call, no way to reach anyone. I can't find any info on WHOPNeuroRecall either. I just got scammed.
