No company info on GUTCLEANSE bottle and stuck with subscription

I ordered GUTCLEANSE from Wild Harvest and when it came there was no logo, no manufacturer name, no contact info on the bottle at all. Just the product. That felt off right away.

I finally found their website trywildharvest.com and went to the subscriptions page to try and cancel. The site didn't recognize my email at all, said there was no subscription linked to it. So now I have no way to stop the charges. I already lost $180 on this.
