Paid for seafood and free shipping but nothing came

I ordered from Wild Tide Seafoods back when they were promising free shipping and a discount on a subscription plan. It's been almost 2 months now and I still haven't gotten the first order. Then they sent a notice saying they were going to charge me again in a few days.

I tried emailing the address that came with my order and it just bounces back saying message blocked. There's no phone number anywhere either. I filed a complaint with Shopify and had to cancel the debit card I used. Total lost was $283.80. Buyer beware.
