No reply after ordering window parts from online ad

I tried ordering some window parts from this place. The email was [email protected] and the phone number they gave was (407) 848-1395. I never got any reply for three weeks after I placed my order.

The phone number turned out to be fraudulent. And I looked up the address they listed, 4212 Deprey Rd, Abrams, WI 54101, and it's just someone's home. So that's not a real business location. I still haven't heard anything back from them.
