Text saying I won a million dollars and then asking about my debts

I got a text from someone with a man's ID. I asked him what it was about and he sent me another attachment with all the info about his company. He told me I have won $1,000,000.

Then he asked if I had credit card, personal loans, mortgage or car payments. I told him it had nothing to do with winning. The number was (516) 852-0664 and the website was winnersclaimsdepartment.com. The address listed was 300 Jericho Quadrangle Dept 300, Huntington, NY 11743.
