Charged four times without permission and no way to reach them

WinRed has charged my credit card at least four times now without me ever agreeing to it. I never signed up for anything recurring, but they keep taking money out anyway. I’ve disputed every single charge with my card company, and they just do it again.

I tried calling the number they list, (855) 922-1776, and emailed [email protected], but nobody ever answers or writes back. It’s like they don’t have any real customer service. The only way I got my money back was by going through my credit card disputes. I’ve lost about $140 total to these charges.
