Advertisement in a game led me to a fake website

I was playing a game on my phone and an ad popped up. It caught my attention so I clicked on it and it took me to this website, winsleigh. The stuff looked good so I ordered something. Total came to about 60 dollars.

I paid for it and then waited. And waited. Never got any kind of shipping confirmation or anything. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no one ever wrote back. The site is just gone now too.

I feel pretty dumb about it honestly. Just wanted to warn people that this is a scam. I'm out the 60 bucks and got nothing for it.

This Online Shop is a total SCAM!!!!

I purchased dresses, sweaters, pants from this website, I paid for priority shipping which takes the package will arrive in 14 business days. I paid for extra protection for my order as well. I received a Chinese tracking number, and followed the tracking daily. The shipping updates were all over the place, it would show package going back and forth between US customs, then showed the packaged arrived my city, then it would show package arrived in my zip code then it showed delivered. Keep in mind all this back and forth tracking updates was in spam from the day i place the order 06/30/2026 until the day it showed delivered 07/01/2026, in which the package never got delivered. I tried to email " [email protected]" this email address they provided in my confirmation order email if I have any questions, and received no feedback I been ghosted. This company basically took my money and ran. I cant even get a response to get a refund, which their policy says I'm able to receive since I purchased the product protection. 1. I didnt not receive refund. 2. I paid for priority shippping and never received my package within two weeks, it took a month for tracking to update that it was delivered which that was lie package was never delivered. Hard lessoned learned here when the deal sounds to good to be true most likely it is. I should of done my research on this company before placing my order. DO NOT place an order with this company you will never receive your shipment and impossible for response to get a refund.

Order never showed up but seller claims delivered

I ordered a bunch of stuff from Winsleigh, some tops, dresses, sweaters, you know just a regular order. The total came to about $56.46.

The seller is saying it was delivered but it definitely was not. I am home all day, every single day, so I would have seen it. There's no way I missed a package.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but I'm not getting anywhere. They just keep insisting it was delivered. This is so frustrating. I just want my money back or my stuff.
