Website on Facebook took my money and nothing came

I found winsleigh.com on Facebook and decided to order something from there. When I ordered they took my money and I waited for the delivery. It never came.

So I tried to contact them and I can't get a hold of anyone. They have a phone number but no answer. There's an email address too and I never received anything back from them.

I decided to try to order again, my bad. Then I caught on and looked this up on Ecautious.com and told them. They were going to refund my money and try to shut the company down from doing this to anyone else.

Ordered in June, still no package and no replies

I placed an order on their website winsleigh.com back in June. Paid $35. After about 30 days I emailed them and they said it must have gotten lost in the mail. They told me they were sending a replacement.

Then after another 25 days or so I got an email saying it was delivered on September 2 according to their tracking system. But I never got anything. Not a package, not a note, nothing. I emailed them a few times after that and they just won't respond anymore.

The email I used was [email protected]. I don't know what else to do. I just want my money back or the item.

Ordered in June, email says delivered but nothing came

I placed an order with winsleigh.com back in June. I got an email from them saying my package was delivered on July 10th but I never got anything. No package has ever shown up at my door.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. I'm out 41.66 dollars and have nothing to show for it. This is really frustrating.

Ordered clothes from Winsleigh and got nothing back

I found this website Winsleigh.com and they looked like a legit clothing store. I ordered some stuff from them and paid about 40 dollars. The email I had contact with was [email protected].

After I placed the order, nothing showed up. No shipping info, no package, nothing. I tried emailing them but I never heard back from them. The site just seemed to disappear on me.

I really just wanted some clothes and now I'm out the money. It's frustrating because they made themselves look like a real company. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from them.

Paid for items on Winsleigh.com and never got them

I ordered some stuff from Winsleigh.com and paid $28. I never received anything from them. Not a single thing.

The website looked fine when I was ordering. I figured it was legit. But after I paid, nothing. No shipping info, no package, no reply when I tried to reach out. Just my money gone, I guess.
