Paid for a dress and never got it, no reply from support

I placed an order for a dress on their Facebook page and paid for it, 21 dollars and some change. I got a text saying my order was received and then another one saying it shipped with a tracking number.

I kept tracking it and finally it said delivered but I never got anything. So I emailed their support at [email protected] and never heard back from anyone. No response, no resolution. I just lost my money just like that.

Do not order from this company. It is a scam. Horrible so called company.
