Job offer from Winter Environmental asking for banking info
He sent me a conditional offer to sign. Then after that he asked for my credit score and my banking info. That's when I stopped responding. Something felt off about it.
I googled this man's name and Winter Environmental and found other people posting about the exact same thing. Same emails, same time stamps, same email address. I'm glad I didn't send my banking info.
Job offer email felt off from the start
The email said to review the attached Conditional Offer of Employment document and sign it if I wanted to accept. It talked about company-issued equipment and employee benefits. Something just didn't feel right about the whole thing.
I looked up the website and it said Indeed but I couldn't find much else. The email also started with an apology for the late reply which seemed strange since I never got an initial email from them. I didn't lose any money but I wanted to report this because it seems like a fake job offer.
