Ordered a womb reset bundle and never got it

I bought this product back in August and I never received it. I messaged the seller and they told me a refund was made. Then they blocked me from Facebook.

I went back to their website and told them I was going to report them for fraud. The website is with-love-herbal-essentials-llc.myshopify.com and their email is [email protected]. I paid $99.99 and still have nothing.
