Fake Instagram account sold me a magazine that never came

I bought Catnip magazine on 5/9/26 through Instagram. I know the real magazine is legit because I have a client who has it sitting on their coffee table. So I started following the account they had, but I didn't realize it was a fake or dupe account. It looked right to me.

I placed the order and just never got anything. I did get tracking updates but the info never moved or changed at all. Then I saw a post from the real business saying they found out about a scam account at www.coparable.com. That's when I called my bank and disputed the charge. I have the email confirmations and I'm uploading them. Lost $60.97.
