Shoes came with no invoice and bad quality

I ordered a pair of shoes and when they arrived there was no invoice or anything in the box. The quality was bad, not what I expected at all.

I got in touch with customer service and they offered me 10 or 15 percent back but said I could keep the merchandise. That's not what I want. I want my money refunded.

They haven't even tried to send me a return address. I paid $59 for these shoes and I just want my money back.
