Voicemail from Tim Hudson saying illegal issue crossed his desk

I got a voicemail from someone named Tim Hudson. He said an illegal issue has crossed his desk and that by leaving the voicemail it's time sensitive. He said to consider this voicemail as my warning.

The call came from 866-346-0981. He said he was with WMS Firm. I don't know what this is about and I never got any letter or anything before this call. Just a voicemail out of nowhere saying I have some illegal issue.

I tried calling back but nobody would tell me what this is actually about. No proof, no details, nothing. Just a warning voicemail.
