Job offer turned into asking me for money

I got a text from what I thought was an employment agency. They said a recruiter would reach out to me. The job was for data assurance. They walked me through the whole process and showed me what the job was about. It only paid about $30 a day in commissions but they promised these attractive bonuses they called BASE PAY. Starting at $200 and growing up to $3,000.

The scam is that your work account needs a starting balance of $100. In my case, they put in the first $70 and wanted me to add $30 of my own money. They use CashApp for the exchanges. So on day 2, you get the $200 bonus. Then the account gets locked and they asked me to send them $186, and in exchange they would pay me almost $600. Too many red flags at that point. I lost $236 total to this.
