Instagram ad for sobriety app took my money upfront

I saw this ad on Instagram for what was supposed to be a companion app to help with sobriety. It said it was targeted therapy based on a survey you take. So I took the survey, lots of questions, and then at the end they ask for your email to share the results of the comprehensive survey to see what type of drinker you are so it can help facilitate the best protocol for helping you stop.

Then they ask you to subscribe with a credit card and an upfront payment to unlock the results of your survey. I paid the $20. After payment I did not receive this information. When I visited the app I also found there was no customization even with the direct link from my email. I cancelled immediately.

Now they are saying you have to have completed 7 lessons in order to receive a refund even though they do not provide a custom service as they advertised.
