Ordered something and got poor quality item instead

I ordered a product and what I got was really poor quality. Not what I expected at all. I tried to get a refund 4 different times and nobody ever responded. The email I have for them is [email protected] and there's also [email protected]. I lost $35.88 on this. Just want my money back but they won't answer anything.
