Their website took my money and the store won't help

I went and bought a gift card from the site, www.securespend.com. I spent $1000 on it. After I bought it, I tried to use it and something went wrong. I mean, I typed everything in right, but they kept saying there was a mistake with the transaction. It was like a trigger thing, they kept pushing that I made an error.

I'm really hurting right now. I don't have that kind of money to just lose. I went back to the store over the weekend, the one where I got the card, and they just refused to help me. They said it wasn't their problem.

I am still crying about this. I don't know what else to do. It feels like a scam, plain and simple.
