Paid for a Pokemon sweatshirt and never got it
I emailed them and the owner "Iz" actually wrote me back. She said they are in immense debt and don't have enough money to finish orders or give refunds right now. So basically they took my money and can't do anything about it. I asked for a refund and of course nothing has been processed.
They also delete all the negative comments on their social media from other customers asking where their stuff is. So they know what they're doing. Total scam.
