Ordered custom art in January and still no proof it exists
I have contacted their health service or whatever it is almost a dozen times now. Every single time they just tell me the product is being made but they never show me any actual proof of that. They said they would get in touch with the seller to speed things up and still nothing. Its been over a month and a half past when I placed the order.
I already left a Trustpilot review and filed a BBB complaint. Next step is calling my credit card company to dispute this because at this point I really do think this is just a fraudulent business taking peoples money. Spent 199 dollars on nothing.
