Insurance check sent to wrong address and no help

I been trying to get some help about a death policy check I was supposed to get. The insurance company sent it to the wrong address and now I'm stuck. The person I been dealing with is Wylinda Stanfield. She ain't helping me get this figured out.

I lost $5520 because of this mess. The website they gave me was bbb.org and the phone number is 1(877) 268-5257. They also had an address at 2812 Sundance Cir, Benton, AR 72015 and an email [email protected].

I just need some information on this death policy check. I don't know what else to do. Nobody is giving me any straight answers.
