Ordered from a western clothing store and never got anything

I placed an order on wyomingwesternsupply.com for some western clothing. It says they're a store in Jackson Hole, WY at 40 S Glenwood St. I used my debit card and the payment went through fine. But I never got an order number, no tracking, nothing at all.

When I looked into it more, the package is supposedly coming from China. That doesn't match up with a store that claims to be in Wyoming. I've tried to get answers but there's been no reply.

I'm out $79.43 and still have no idea where my order is. Their phone number is (307) 201-1115 if that helps anyone.
