Ordered from XARAShiajit and can't get any help
I sent them an email and waited. After about a month I finally got a message back saying someone would contact me to help but that never happened. No one ever reached out.
Now my credit card company is telling me since it's set up as a recurring charge I have to cancel directly with the company. I've been trying for almost a month now with no luck at all. I guess I'm going to have to just close my credit card account over this which really makes me mad. I lost $74.46 to this mess.
