Signed up for supplements but kept getting charged
I tried canceling through their app and it just keeps sending me in circles. Called them, nobody picks up. Emailed [email protected] a bunch of times and all I get back is some AI response offering me a discount. That's not what I want. I want my money back or the product. It feels like they set this up so you can't ever stop the payments, even though they say you can cancel anytime on the website. Still no supplements, still getting charged.
