Monthly charges on my Amex from a company in the Netherlands

I keep getting a monthly charge on my Amex credit card from XPENDY. I never signed up for anything from them. Their address is XPENDY Nieuwstraat 2 4811WV Breda The Netherlands and there's no visiting address listed.

I contacted Amex about it and wrote a couple emails to [email protected] to dispute the charges and get a refund back to my account. Nothing happened. No refund, no response that fixed anything.

The total is around $7.95 and it just keeps showing up. I don't know how they got my card info but I want it to stop.
