Pink outfit came crushed in a plain plastic bag

I was shopping online and saw this pink 2 piece outfit that looked really beautiful. I paid with my credit card in full, $64.00. It came 7 days later and it was all crumpled up in a plain plastic bag. The quality is horrible, there are no inside tags on the merchandise at all. No paperwork of any kind came with it either, no phone number to call for a return or exchange. I feel robbed.
