Paid $47 and never got my order from yarn site

I ordered from this yarn website and paid $47. Never got anything. They told me it was shipped to the wrong address and they would send another one. Same thing happened with the second shipment too. Every time I get a really nice apologetic email but nothing ever shows up.

I've asked for a refund so many times now and they just refuse. It's always some excuse with a polite message attached but no actual results.

Do not buy anything from this seller. They are unreliable and I'm out $47 with nothing to show for it.
