Ordered hanging basket flowers but got a small box of stems instead

I ordered from yocowell.com after watching their video. It showed these beautiful full flowers in a hanging basket coming out of a big box. Looked really nice so I thought it was a good deal.

What showed up was nothing like that. Just a small bunch of flowers with stems. Maybe a dozen. No basket or anything. They just shoved them in a small long box. I paid $27.00 for this. I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. Feels like I got tricked.

Ordered a big red petunia plant but got one crushed stem

I ordered what looked like a really nice big red artificial petunia plant for my sister. The ads were good, showed people pulling huge plants out of boxes and hanging them up. Looked legit.

So the company did send a package to her. But it was a tiny box. Inside was just one stem of crushed flowers wrapped in wadded up paper. Nothing like the pictures. Cost me $25. Total waste. Such a shame people cheat their way through life.

Ordered flower bouquet online but got two tiny stems

I saw a really nice lush bouquet on the internet and ordered two of them. Looked like a big bunch of flowers. When the box came it was small, like really small. I opened it and there were two little stems inside. Just two. Not even close to what the picture showed. That’s not what I paid for. Lost $35.61 on this.

Ordered a hanging basket got one stem instead

I ordered a petunia hanging basket from their website yocowell.com for $16.99. Charged my card and everything. What I got was one single stem of an artificial petunia in a narrow little box. Color was right but it was just one stem. Not a hanging basket full of flowers like the picture showed.

I sent them pics for proof. Today they emailed me back offering $3. Said the hanging basket picture was just to show how they can look. So I paid $22.89 for one plastic flower stem including shipping. They want to give me three dollars back.

I told them refund my money or send what I ordered. I will report them and stop payment on my card. Just disgusted I fell for this.

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME! ORDERED A HANGING BASKET, SENT ME ONE SPRIG OF PLASTIC FLOWER. SAID THERE WERE NO HANGING BASKETS, ONLY PICS TO SHOW WHAT IT WOULD LOOK LIKE! HA! THEY CHARGED ME $22.89 FOR THAT CRUMMY SPRIG. THANK GOD I USED PAYPAL AND GOT ALL MY MONEY BACK FROM THEM... THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU MONEY BACK. OFFERED ME A $3.00 CREDIT... BS!

Fake flower hanging petunias not what was shown online

I ordered from Yocowell.com because they had a picture of these big beautiful fake flower hanging petunias. Looked really nice in the ad. What showed up was nothing like that. Just a tiny little sprig of some fake ugly flower. Not even close to what was advertised. I spent $58.00 on this. Total waste of money. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply.

Ordered flower baskets from Yocowell and got tiny sprigs instead

I ordered 2 hanging flower baskets from Yocowell.com. The website showed this big flower basket coming out of a big box so I thought that’s what I was getting.

When my order arrived it was just 2 tiny flower sprigs, no basket at all. I asked for a refund and they told me it would cost more to send them back than what I paid for the flowers. Their website says 100% satisfaction. Well obviously I’m not satisfied.
