Ordered from an ad and got the wrong thing
I emailed them the first time requesting a return address to send them back and I wanted a refund in full. They came back with 10%. Again I emailed saying no I want 100% back. Then they come back with 20% is all they're regulated to return.
I sent one last email saying that was unacceptable and I wanted 100% back. Nothing.
