Medicare claims filed for services I never got
I called my old insurance company and filed a fraud report with them. It's now Aug. 19 and I still haven't heard anything back. In the meantime, Youngmans is still at it. They file more of these claims the first week of every month. I just want it to stop. Their address is 811 S Central Expy Ste. 414, Richardson, TX 75080.
Using my NYSHIP ID to bill for medical supplies again
They are located in NY, USA. I didn't lose any money yet but this is identity theft and it's not stopping. It's the same thing all over again.
