Baked goods table charged me $800 instead of $20

There was a folding table set up outside the Ballard QFC with two teenagers selling baked goods for a youth charity called Youth Rise Up. They told me it was $20 for what I picked out. I swiped my card and didn't think anything of it until I checked my account later and saw they charged me $800. Eight hundred dollars. Not even close to $20.

I started looking into it and found posts on social media where other people said the same thing happened to them. They were at grocery stores around the city, I saw mentions of Magnolia and West Seattle too. Same setup, same story, and then a huge charge on the card. I don't know what else to do but report it. Their address they gave was 5700 24th Ave NW in Seattle but I'm not even sure that's real.
