Ad showed moving ocean creatures but projector was just a blurry picture

I saw this commercial on YouTube for a projector type device you plug in and it was suppose to come to life with ocean creatures and also the sky. It said Hollywood quality. So I ordered 3 of them.

I tested 2 and they both did nothing. Just a blurry picture on the ceiling that does NOT move at all. Total scam. The commercial also said if it isn't like it shows you will get 10x your money back. I lost about $60 on this.

My credit card company is looking into it now.
