Paid for fursuit heads and now they want more money
After I paid in full, they tried to tell me I owed 600 more because materials went up. They never said anything about that before. They were super slow at replying and never showed me any progress photos. Then their Instagram got banned and I had to dig around just to find their email. They had me send money to their friends too, which I know now was a red flag but I trusted them.
I asked for a refund and they refused, saying it would be my loss and their loss. They told me the heads would be done in a week but they didn't even start. I looked it up and fursuit makers don't upcharge unless you're changing something or adding something. I just want my money back.
