Trademark Review Scam

Zachary Cromer called my on 10/8/2026 and inform that my company trademark was in the final stages of certificate preview (Under Review) and that their is an additional associated $1,000 fee due. This is all from a email early 2024 where I fell victom to a scram put on by Trademark Just. Unfortunately I have learned in the past 24 hours that I lost over $5000 paid to Trademark Just and yet there is NO filing with the USPTO and that Zachary doesn't even work for the USPTO. Don't PAY them anything! It is a scam.

Calls about my trademark then says he is not real

I was contacted about my trademark account. Someone named Zachary Cromer told me I had a 10:45am appointment on October 1 and he verified my business. He asked if I was going to be selling books and I said yesterday. Then he told me I needed Class 035 so I purchased the class. He told me my trademark application was approved.

Today I got a strange call from Zachary asking if I disputed the payment for the extra class purchase. I said no. He told me not to answer anyone who calls or emails and said he was my Examiner Attorney.

Then I got a strange email about my application. I was hesitant but I called the number and the guy said there is no Zachary Cromer. So I did my own research and found out Zachary is a scammer. I sent $350 to a name and didn't pay attention to it until today because I was so excited about the trademark being approved.
