Text saying I got a sleep study spot for 800

I got a text from this number (833) 309-6278 saying I had 3 lab spots open for a sleep study that pays 800 for one night. It said to join now at lab.zammalabs.com. I never signed up for anything like this and I don't know how they got my number. It just came out of nowhere.

The message had a link and said stop to end. I didn't click it. I don't know who ZammaLabs is or why they're texting me about a sleep study. I never applied for one and I'm not interested.

I just want to know how they got my info and I want them to stop texting me.
