Bought ticket for Labor Day festival that got moved to November

I bought a ticket for Zamna music festival back in January. It was advertised for Labor Day weekend 2026. By August I hadn't heard anything about it, no lineup, no location, nothing. So I googled it and found out it had been moved to November, which I can't make.

I emailed them in mid August asking for a refund. They told me I could get upgraded to VIP for the November dates instead. I said I don't want an upgrade, I just want my money back. Then they told me my refund would be processed on 9/15/26. That was a month ago and I'm still going back and forth with them about this refund I still haven't received.
