Website keeps asking for more fees after I paid

I found this place called Zanga online and thought it was a charity thing. The phone number they have is (678) 840-9720 and they say they're out of California. I paid $650.50 total and it still wasn't enough.

First it was shipping fees. Then delivery fees. Then inspection fees. Then they wanted money for a certificate. Then tags. Then flatbed fees. It's just constantly money for something with these people.

Every time I pay one thing they come back with another fee. I don't even know what I'm paying for anymore at this point.
