Order never showed up and tracking numbers keep changing
I paid $45 for merchandise I never got and Zansail won't refund my money. I shouldn't have to keep chasing a company for an order that never arrived. It's been really frustrating.
I just want a full refund at this point. I'm writing this so other people can look into this company before they order.
Ordered from zansail.com and my card got charged
Now I'm not getting anywhere with them. I tried emailing [email protected] and got no real answer back. The whole thing feels off to me and I just want other people to know before they hand over their card info too.
Website charged my card but no confirmation or tracking
I emailed [email protected] and got a reply saying if I was unhappy with the clothing I could return it for a refund. But they didn't list any last names, any phone numbers, any tracking numbers, nothing. Just that.
I took screenshots of the website and saved as much info as I have to give to my bank for the dispute.
Ordered pants in August and tracking never worked
I'm out $35 and they asked me to pay $15 more which I declined. I told them I would be reporting them. I see I'm not the only person this company has done this same thing to and the email they attach is exactly like the one I received too.
Zansail took my money and never shipped anything
They use https://t.17track.net/ for tracking, and they say they just update the information provided to them. For shipping they use https://finmaship.com/ supposedly, but emails to them bounce back and the online contact form doesn't work.
When you reach out to Zansail, they give you a sad story and say they will refund 30% of your purchase. You tell them no, then they say they will reship it for $15.00.

When I contacted them about it, they didn't give me a refund or even try to fix it. Instead they tried to get even more money from me for stuff I never ordered. That made no sense.
After looking into it more, I found a bunch of other complaints from people saying the same thing about unauthorized charges and billing from this company. I just want my $48.95 back, no more charges from them, and for someone to actually hold them responsible.
