Ordered from Zansail and nothing ever came

I ordered merchandise from Zansail.co and it never came. I emailed them about it and they said the package was lost. All they offered was $15 back, which is ridiculous.

We kept emailing back and forth and finally they said they could do 70 percent of the cost. I have not even received that back either. Do not order from this company.
