Website selling eight pairs of pants for $30.39
I tried reaching out to [email protected] but nothing came of it. No reply back. The website is zansail.com and that's where I placed the order.
Just want to put this out there so others know what happened with this site.
Clothing never arrived from zansail.com and they only offered 30% back
Over a month later still no package. Then they told me the package "was signed for" and logistics can't help them beyond that. They offered me a 30% refund because "they have driving costs" and said they can't help me further. I asked for a tracking number so I could take it to the post office and they won't give me one.
I'm not giving them my card info for a refund because they'll probably take money out instead of putting it back in.
Ordered from zansail.com in August and still no tracking
The only way to reach them is through [email protected]. There's no phone number or anything else. I've tried emailing but there doesn't seem to be any way to get a refund.
I spent $47 on this order. At this point I just want my money back but I don't know how to make that happen when there's no real way to contact anyone.
Clothing order from zansail.com never showed up
After 3 weeks tracking no longer worked so I emailed the company asking for an update. They sent a new tracking link and after a week it showed it was in my town. After another week with nothing showing up I contacted zansail and asked for a refund since I figured it got lost in the mail. They said they would contact the logistics company and never got back to me.
I waited a couple more days and asked for a full refund. They said logistics showed the package was signed for or the address given was incorrect and would only offer a 30% refund because they lost money from the sale. I emailed back saying I would only accept 100% since I never got the goods I paid for. I have not heard anything from them since.
